Yes, if you have previous experience working outside and basic experience with tools, we can train you to learn a great trade in the concrete industry.

We work in the Kansas City metropolitan area, and you will be required to drive your own car to the job site each day.

Our current pay range is $20-$32/hr based on experience.

 Payroll is every week.

No, you will be home every day however, occasional Saturdays may be required if needed.

We provide excellent training programs that will allow you to become a Craftsman Finisher. We also offer a Superintendent in Training program that can teach you how to become a leader for those wanting to lead a crew.

 We allow you to receive pay increases based on your skill level and attendance.

Laborer Qualifications:

Setting forms and placing concrete, grading rock, obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site, maintains good working relationship with co-workers and works well with others to accomplish a task, has a positive and productive attitude and good communication skills, and is reliable and has good attendance.

Finisher Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience setting up and finishing flatwork preferred but will train, setting concrete forms to correct depth and pitch, placing finishing, protecting and repairing concrete, spread and smooth concrete using rakes, screed, bull float or powered trowel, and hand trowel, obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site, and maintains a good relationship with co-workers and works well with other to accomplish a task, and is reliable and has good attendance.

Requirements:

Must operate a variety of hand and power tools
Ability to perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at job site
Frequently requires long hours (over 8 hours per day) and occasional Saturdays
